• Introduction and Agreement to these Terms

• Timella is a time-tracking and productivity application designed and operated by Jordan Andrade Carlota. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Timella, including any related services, applications, products, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

• Changes to these Terms

• We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at our discretion. The date of the last update will be indicated at the top of the Terms. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after such posting will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes.

• Accessing the App and Account Security

• You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access the Services and ensuring that anyone who accesses the Services through your account is aware of these Terms and complies with them. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

• The intellectual property rights in the Services, including all content, features, and functionality thereof, are owned by Jordan Andrade Carlota, licensors, or other providers of such materials. These intellectual property rights are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

• Upgrading to Timella Pro

• Timella Pro offers enhanced functionality and features, accessible through a one-time in-app purchase or a monthly subscription plan. The one-time purchase unlocks all Pro features permanently, while the monthly subscription, costing USD 2.99, provides ongoing access to all Pro features. The terms of any upgrade, including payment, will be as established by the App Store.

• Payments and Refunds

• Payments for any purchases made within the Services are processed through the App Store. Any refund requests should be directed to the App Store, in accordance with their policies and procedures.

• Privacy and Data Use

• The privacy of our users is paramount. Timella is designed to use only the information necessary for the functionality of the Services. This information is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to Timella's staff or third parties. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices.

• Limitation of Liability

• In no event will Jordan Andrade Carlota be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services or any content on the Services.
