iFint Terms & Privacy Policy

Introduction and Agreement to these Terms

iFint is an advanced financial tracking and management application developed and operated by Jordan Andrade Carlota. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of iFint and its associated services, features, content, and updates (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By installing, accessing, or using iFint, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services. Continued use of the Services implies your acceptance of any amendments made to these Terms, which may be updated periodically.

Upgrading to iFint Pro

iFint Pro provides enhanced features beyond the standard version, such as unlimited custom categories, advanced filtering, and recurring transactions. Upgrading to iFint Pro requires a subscription fee, which grants access to premium features.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for iFint Pro subscriptions are processed through the App Store. All transactions are final and subject to the App Store’s policies. Refunds must be requested directly through the App Store, in accordance with their refund policies.

Privacy and Data Use

At iFint, we prioritize your privacy and data security. iFint uses Core Data to store information locally on your device and offers seamless iCloud sync, ensuring your data is securely backed up and available across your devices. We do not access or collect personal or sensitive data beyond what is required for the functionality of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

Jordan Andrade Carlota will not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, unless otherwise required by law.
